Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Armada Dynamics is committed to provide a high level of support to our customers and partners worldwide. Our goal is to provide a solution to your service request as soon as possible and with the highest possible quality. This we will strive to achieve by providing the correct resources, technical or functional. First line of support will be experienced consultants in our support team and second line of support will be our most experienced resources.

In addition to the possibility to contact Armada Dynamics by mail and phone, we also offer the possibility to register the issue at hand in our helpdesk system. In our Knowledge Database you will find solutions to common inquiries. If required we will also be able to connect to your desktop or server, using TeamViewer, to solve a specific problem remotely.

For customers requiring an extra or specific level of support it will be possible to sign a customer specific Service Level Agreement.

  • Online support is available to all customers 24/7 through the Knowledge Database
  • Customers with helpdesk support might register the issue in the Helpdesk
